OVERVIEW
Welcome to Rip or Keep TCG. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Rip or Keep TCG.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of riporkeep.com, including purchases made through our online store. By visiting the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.
SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for protecting your login details and for activity performed through your account.
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, languages, editions, conditions, prices and photographs accurately. Screen colours and packaging appearance may vary slightly.
Products may be limited in quantity and can become unavailable without notice. We may correct errors, update descriptions, limit quantities or discontinue products.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, sealed products are sold as brand new and factory sealed. Minor factory variations in shrink wrap, seals, packaging alignment or print appearance may occur and do not necessarily mean that a product is defective.
SECTION 3 — TRADING-CARD PRODUCTS
Trading-card contents are randomly packed. Unless expressly stated on the product page, we do not guarantee:
- Specific cards, characters, artwork or rarities
- Pull rates, card values or investment performance
- Card centering, grading results or future market prices
- That a particular sealed product will contain a valuable card
Japanese products contain cards printed in Japanese unless stated otherwise.
Opening or removing the factory seal or shrink wrap from a booster box, pack, bundle or other sealed trading-card product makes it ineligible for a voluntary return, subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Rip or Keep TCG is an independent retailer and content brand. Pokémon and other product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by The Pokémon Company unless expressly stated.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after we successfully process payment and confirm acceptance.
We may refuse, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, payment failure, misuse of promotions, incorrect customer information or restrictions affecting delivery.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Customers may use Shopify’s automatic cancellation option within 15 minutes of placing an eligible unfulfilled order. After that period, cancellation may still be requested by emailing riporkeeptcg@gmail.com before dispatch, but it cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun.
SECTION 5 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges and any applicable taxes or other charges will be shown before checkout where required. We do not represent that VAT is included unless it is expressly displayed.
Prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect an accepted order except where correction is required for an obvious error and permitted by applicable law.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted with your order. Payment processing may be handled by Shopify or another payment provider under that provider’s applicable terms.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The initial sales market is the United Arab Emirates.
Available delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Standard UAE delivery is currently charged at AED 25 with an estimated transit time of 3–5 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, address problems, carrier delays or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.
If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact riporkeeptcg@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible and retain the product, shipping box and all packaging for review.
Nothing in this section removes any legal responsibility or remedy applicable to delayed, lost, damaged, defective, incomplete or misdescribed goods.
SECTION 7 — RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy:

Our voluntary return window is 7 calendar days from delivery. Eligible products must remain unused, unopened and in their original condition with all factory seals, shrink wrap, labels and packaging intact.
Customers pay return-delivery costs for voluntary returns. Where a product is incorrect, damaged, defective, incomplete or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required under applicable UAE law.
SECTION 8 — PREORDERS
A product will be treated as a preorder only when clearly marked as such.
Release and arrival dates are estimates and may change because of manufacturers, suppliers, customs, carriers or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Material preorder delays will be communicated using the contact details supplied with the order.

SECTION 9 — WEBSITE USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website content created by Rip or Keep TCG, including original text, graphics, photographs, videos, logos and branding, is owned by or licensed to Rip or Keep TCG and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, commercially exploit, scrape, interfere with or misuse the website or its content without permission.
You must not upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate another person, submit false information or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
SECTION 10 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY
Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify supplies the technology used to operate the website, but purchases are made directly from Rip or Keep TCG.
The website may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics or communication services. Those providers may process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the independent content or services of external websites linked from our store.
SECTION 11 — PRIVACY
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy:

Information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers where necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud and provide customer support.
SECTION 12 — ERRORS AND SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The website may occasionally contain typographical errors, incorrect prices, inaccurate availability or other mistakes.
We may correct errors and update information. If an error materially affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate option, which may include confirming the corrected order or receiving a refund.
We do not guarantee that the website will always operate without interruption, but we will not exclude obligations or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 13 — LIABILITY AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rip or Keep TCG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when an order was placed.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable UAE consumer-protection or e-commerce laws.
SECTION 14 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Changes will not unfairly remove rights relating to an order accepted before the change took effect.
SECTION 15 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and purchases made through the store are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable local laws.
Disputes will be subject to the courts or authorities having competent jurisdiction in the United Arab Emirates, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights.
SECTION 16 — SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
